ILLIES Thailand celebrates the Buddhist tradition of merit-making

A merit-making ceremony (ทำบุญ - thâmbûn) was held in the office premises of C. ILLIES Thailand. This Buddhist tradition is usually celebrated by our colleagues once or twice a year.

During the ceremony 9 monks prayed and sprinkled holy water, blessing our Thai colleagues. After the benediction, the team offered them alms and home-cooked food.

If you are unfamiliar with this Thai custom, you can follow this link to Wikipedia to read more about it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merit_(Buddhism)
