ILLIES donates 1,058 FFP3 respirators
In early February, our colleagues in China ran out of respiratory masks, as those were practically unavailable. Our Hamburg office decided to create a stockpile, planning to supply all of our staff across Asia as the pandemic began to affect more and more countries.
“The donation of the FFP3 masks is a great help, as the protection of our employees is of immense importance and unfortunately items of personal protective equipment are scarce.”
Professor Dr. Stefan Jäckle - chief medical officer, internal medicine St. Adolf-Stift
With latest EU regulation now prohibiting the export of protective equipment, ILLIES Hamburg happily donates these 1,058 FFP3 respirators to our local healthcare professionals: The Hamburg health authority & to the hospital St. Adolf-Stift in Reinbek, Schleswig-Holstein.
According to Professor Dr. Stefan Jäckle - chief medical officer, internal medicine at the St. Adolf-Stift - this donation is a great help to protect the hospital’s employees as personal protective equipment is very scarce in the moment.
