The coronavirus pandemic is presently keeping us all in suspense. Since January we at ILLIES are witnessing the associated impacts very closely: At present, each of our domestic markets is affected by various government measures and the resulting adverse effects on economic and social life. Therefore, we wish to assure our customers, manufacturers, and partners that we will continue to be at their side and their disposal with our services.

How does ILLIES ensure business continuity?

To ensure the safety of our employees and to contribute to keeping the infection rate low, we have formulated travel restrictions and event prohibitions, additionally, we have stopped personal meetings. In parallel, some of our employees work remotely from the home office.

Thanks to our global activities, the whole ILLIES team is used to communicate via different virtual channels with customers and partners as well as amongst each other. These are used, especially in the present situation, allowing us to ensure an uninterrupted flow of communication and thus our business continuity.
